Hi, I’m Seema.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 25 years in Senior Leadership roles across Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and large corporations. I know firsthand the pressures of leading international teams, traveling extensively for work, representing a brand at the highest levels — all while trying to balance a personal and family life. I also understand the challenge of appearing like everything is under control on the outside while feeling something entirely different inside.

Through my own life journey, I came to realize that healing and growth require more than traditional talk therapy. True, lasting change happens when we also learn to listen to the body — to understand the subtle cues it gives us, the ways it holds onto old experiences, and the silent ways it speaks our truths. Over time, unresolved trauma doesn't just affect our minds or bodies — it impacts our spirit, the place where we find meaning, purpose, and the freedom to live authentically.

Knowing that real wellness must address all parts of the Self, I made it my mission to study and embrace holistic healing practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. I have travelled around the globe and have attended trainings that span the globe. Today, I blend evidence-based therapy with somatic and integrative approaches, offering a path to healing that is deep, compassionate, and transformative.
