“The wound is the place where light enters you.”

You’re not TOO much. You’re NOT difficult to love.
You’re allowed to desire more. More peace, more safety, more closeness, more of what truly fulfills you.
IF YOU’RE READY TO STOP SURVIVING AND START TRULY LIVING, you’re in the right spot.
Hi, I’m LEXI.
I specialize in supporting young adults, teens, and couples navigating trauma, the complexities of relationships, life transitions, self-worth, and identity development..
I am passionate about supporting clients in their healing from interpersonal trauma, whether that be a result of childhood abuse and neglect, sexual assault, or abusive relationships. I also enjoy supporting clients in their pursuit of self-discovery and personal growth, exploring issues such as perfectionism and self-esteem.
Without trust, there is no safety. That’s why my approach to therapy is relational, meaning that my number one priority is establishing a warm, authentic, and trusting relationship with you to empower you to come as you are while facing the hard stuff. In my practice, I prioritize normalizing what my clients are going through and supporting them in their exploration of what it is that they truly want and need outside of the expectations, limitations, and hardships that we all go through. Clients have described me as someone that is transparent, easy to connect with, and willing to challenge you in just the right way.
My experience with trauma is as personal as it is professional. I rely on evidence-based care while also incorporating knowledge from my own struggles in life to support you in your healing journey. As someone who has also been through some shit and found her way back, I understand just how crucial the right support can be when you’re needing it the most.

Are you living that truly reflects who you are, or one that was written for you by circumstance, expectation, or survival?
I believe authentic living begins with noticing how trauma, survival, and the expectations of the world around you have shaped your life, empowering you to step into a path that truly reflects who you are.

I take a deeply relational and collaborative approach to therapy. I see the work we do together as a human-to-human connection, not just therapist and client. The relationship we build becomes the foundation for a supportive, judgment-free space where we can explore whatever you’re carrying and make sense of it together.

You’re unique, and your path to healing should reflect that. I take a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally aware approach that honors all parts of who you are. I work through a systemic lens, meaning I consider the broader context of your life—your relationships, family, culture, and environment—because none of us exist in isolation. I also believe the body is full of wisdom and incorporate somatic awareness in my work. While I bring my experience to our sessions, I fully believe you are the expert of your own experience. And because humor can be deeply human and healing, I like to weave it into our sessions to bring lightness and connection along the way.

Trauma & Abuse: I offer a trauma-informed space where you can unpack painful experiences at your own pace. Through a somatic, relational, and parts-oriented approach, we reconnect with your sense of safety, agency, and inner strength to move towards healing rooted in wholeness- not just symptom relief.
Relational Struggles: Not all relationship struggles come from romantic connections. Sometimes it's your mom, your roommate, or that one friend who always crosses the line. I work with people navigating all kinds of connections: platonic, romantic, familial, chosen family, and everywhere in between. We get curious about what's not working, what old patterns might be showing up, and explore how you can start relating in ways that feel more honest, grounded, and actually good for you.
Identity Development: Identity work is about uncovering and affirming who you are, beyond what the world has told you. I support clients in exploring gender, sexuality, culture, neurodivergence, and more, through a lens that is rooted in liberation and the development of self-trust.
Self Esteem & Self Worth: If you've internalized messages that have made you doubt your worth, therapy can help you unlearn them. I work with you to quiet self-criticism, reconnect with your strengths, and rewrite the stories that you carry about who you are and what you deserve.
Relationship Counseling: I work with couples and partners of all kinds to build more honest, connected relationships. Whether you're navigating the impact of trauma, rebuilding after infidelity, or preparing for long-term commitment, we'll explore what's coming up with care and clarity.
