You Deserve More in Life than merely to Survive it.

I am here to help you realize that.

It’s okay to not be okay right now. You can get through this.

From the outside, you appear to have it all together… Yet on the inside, you may feel like you're barely holding it together. You may feel stuck in a relationship, at school, or your own life. You may be overwhelmed by trying to make everyone happy or feel like you're simply going through the motions of life.

you’re in the right spot.

Hi, I’m LEXI.

I specialize in supporting young adults, teens, and couples navigating trauma, the complexities of relationships, life transitions, self-worth, and identity development..

I am passionate about supporting clients in their healing from interpersonal trauma, whether that be a result of childhood abuse and neglect, sexual assault, or abusive relationships. I also enjoy supporting clients in their pursuit of self-discovery and personal growth, exploring issues such as perfectionism and self-esteem.

Without trust, there is no safety. That’s why my approach to therapy is relational, meaning that my number one priority is establishing a warm, authentic, and trusting relationship with you to empower you to come as you are while facing the hard stuff. In my practice, I prioritize normalizing what my clients are going through and supporting them in their exploration of what it is that they truly want and need outside of the expectations, limitations, and hardships that we all go through. Clients have described me as someone that is transparent, easy to connect with, and willing to challenge you in just the right way.

My experience with trauma is as personal as it is professional. I rely on evidence-based care while also incorporating knowledge from my own struggles in life to support you in your healing journey. As someone who has also been through some shit and found her way back, I understand just how crucial the right support can be when you’re needing it the most.

Are you living an expansive or constricted life?

I believe authenticity and genuine living stems from living expansively, which requires moving beyond past hurts, renewed self-compassion and understanding, and intention and purpose to expand in the direction we want to grow.

  • I believe to heal, we must focus on the Whole Self, holistically looking at the mind, body, and soul. I utilize Global, Evidence-Based Psychological healing practices within therapy to help you holistically move the energy forward.

You may have been to motivational speakers, energy healers, spiritual retreats or workshops, read self-help books, or worked on manifesting the life you want, but there is still an emptiness or deep pain that you struggle to move past. It shows up in the way you relate to others and how you talk to yourself.

I work well with people who are feeling lost, searching for something without knowing what that something is, or have an emptiness inside. I guide you through a deep evaluation of your life, conditioning, past, relationships, and aspirations to help you discover the patterns that are holding you back and supporting you. I allow you to see your body as a tool to help guide you in what you want and what you may be feeling.

  • My clients come to me for a variety of reasons - from anxiety, depression, workplace issues, racial/cultural struggles, body image, dissociative disorders to trauma. I work on building tools that help you unravel your past, recognize behavior patterns, and improve your overall well-being. My holistic approach reconnects the mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to reclaim yourself and live the life you want.

  • I know what it’s like to live with trauma- not just from a clinical perspective, but from personal experience, too. I’ve seen how unresolved pain shows up in our bodies, relationships, and everyday lives. I’ve also seen how real, sustainable healing can happen but it takes time, intention, and support. There’s no shortcut. Healing is work, but it’s worth it.

As a therapist, I bring my full self- lived experience, professional training, and a deep respect for your unique journey. I tailor our work to you, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices and approaches like Narrative therapy, Liberation psychology, Gestalt therapy, somatics, and parts work. My style is eclectic, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in connection- with ourselves, with others, and with our stories. I don’t believe in “fixing” people. I believe in walking with you as you move through what’s hard, reconnect with your strength, and reclaim your story on your own terms.
