It’s time to reconnect with Yourself. This is where YOU begin.

You’re probably feeling overwhelmed and lost in this new role of motherhood, trying to remember who you were before bottles, diapers, and sleepless nights became the norm. It may seem as though your identity has completely changed, but you’re still YOU. Priorities have shifted for now, and that’s okay. Remember, this is a transition and it will get better. You’re going to figure out how to make motherhood a part of your identity - not your whole identity. And I am going to help you.

Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing so you can learn ways to cope when things get stressful, and work on building a support network. I’m here to offer a safe space where you can unload the heavy emotions you’ve been carrying around and process them without fear of judgment.

IF YOU’RE looking for a therapist who understands what you’re going through, you’re in the right spot.

Hi, I’m GURMINDER.

I understand what you may be going through - genuinely and wholeheartedly - because I’ve been there too.

You might be wondering if I’m the right therapist for you, or whether I have the depth of knowledge and experience to truly understand what you’re facing. These are important questions, and you deserve a therapist who gets it. For me, this work is not theoretical. It’s personal.

After I had my first child, my world shifted in ways I didn’t expect. I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, isolated, and unsure of myself. I questioned whether I was doing anything “right,” and I was terrified to say those feelings out loud. I didn’t recognize myself. The pressure to hold everything together was crushing, and yet inside, I was quietly unraveling.

Those postpartum struggles changed me. They softened me. They humbled me. And they opened my heart to the truth that so many women suffer in silence, feeling ashamed, confused, or alone in what should be a supported and celebrated season of life.

That experience is what led me to specialize in women’s health. I wanted to understand the psychological, hormonal, emotional, and relational complexities that arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood—because women deserve informed, compassionate care during this vulnerable and transformative period. I also wanted to create space for those navigating perimenopause, menopause, fertility challenges, miscarriages and stillbirths, as well as parenting.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, anxious, sad, guilty, resentful, or simply not like “you”… I want you to hear this clearly:

You are not alone.
You are not failing.
And there is nothing wrong with you.

This phase of life asks so much of women—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You deserve support, understanding, and a space where you can exhale the weight you’ve been carrying.

I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, expertise, and deep respect for your experience. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, identity shifts, relationship challenges, or the quiet grief of unmet expectations, I will meet you where you are—with compassion, steadiness, and genuine care.

You don’t have to go through this alone. I’m here, and I understand.

I believe relationships are important and can help us grow. The therapist-client relationship is collaborative process, where you can be your authentic self and expect the same from me. We will work together to explore how societal practices and cultural expectations may be contributing to the distress you feel, and empower you to recognize your strengths.

  • I take a deeply relational and collaborative approach to therapy. I see the work we do together as a human-to-human connection, not just therapist and client. The relationship we build becomes the foundation for a supportive, judgment-free space where we can explore whatever you’re carrying and make sense of it together.

  • You’re unique, and your path to healing should reflect that. I take a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally aware approach that honors all parts of who you are. I work through a systemic lens, meaning I consider the broader context of your life—your relationships, family, culture, and environment—because none of us exist in isolation. I also believe the body is full of wisdom and incorporate somatic awareness in my work. While I bring my experience to our sessions, I fully believe you are the expert of your own experience. And because humor can be deeply human and healing, I like to weave it into our sessions to bring lightness and connection along the way.

  • Trauma & Abuse: I offer a trauma-informed space where you can unpack painful experiences at your own pace. Through a somatic, relational, and parts-oriented approach, we reconnect with your sense of safety, agency, and inner strength to move towards healing rooted in wholeness- not just symptom relief.

Relational Struggles: Not all relationship struggles come from romantic connections. Sometimes it's your mom, your roommate, or that one friend who always crosses the line. I work with people navigating all kinds of connections: platonic, romantic, familial, chosen family, and everywhere in between. We get curious about what's not working, what old patterns might be showing up, and explore how you can start relating in ways that feel more honest, grounded, and actually good for you.

Identity Development: Identity work is about uncovering and affirming who you are, beyond what the world has told you. I support clients in exploring gender, sexuality, culture, neurodivergence, and more, through a lens that is rooted in liberation and the development of self-trust.

Self Esteem & Self Worth: If you've internalized messages that have made you doubt your worth, therapy can help you unlearn them. I work with you to quiet self-criticism, reconnect with your strengths, and rewrite the stories that you carry about who you are and what you deserve.

Relationship Counseling: I work with couples and partners of all kinds to build more honest, connected relationships. Whether you're navigating the impact of trauma, rebuilding after infidelity, or preparing for long-term commitment, we'll explore what's coming up with care and clarity.
